Tejas Shah, Partner at PVP Hospitality: PVP Hospitality is a hospitality advisory practice that helps hotel owners maximise the value of hospitality investments through the investment cycle. PVP Hospitality proactively drives value to owners by helping develop hotels on time, turning around nonperforming assets, and optimising the performance of existing properties. The goal is to provide solution-centric advice while keeping in mind the interests of the stakeholders. 

Before joining PVP Hospitality, Tejas worked with Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the Regional Vice President – Development in Sub-Saharan Africa. In his 13+ years tenure in Development, Tejas focused on growing Hyatt’s portfolio in varied emerging markets across different geographies in Africa and the Indian subcontinent. He established strong relationships in the industry and worked on 50+ deals across 40 cities in 10 countries. 

A Chartered Accountant by education, Tejas brings an analytical approach to the business with a strong focus on building connections.
